In this section you will find some short exercise videos to try, I really hope that you enjoy them and find them helpful.
Before you start, please make sure you wear the appropriate foot wear and clothing and make sure that the area around you is clear and free from hazards. Please do not do any exercise if you are feeling unwell, have any injuries or need permission from your GP first. Work at your own pace and take a water break whenever you need too. Lastly if you choose to do these workouts you agree that you do so at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your own safety.
A gentle warm up that can be done before your main cardio or strength exercise
This a a medium intensity low impact cardio workout with some coordination. Have fun and enjoy!
Seated Keep Fit is a total body functional workout that is suitable for all fitness levels. The workout consists of a mobility and pulse raiser, aerobics choreography, standing balance, some exercises using a towel to help increase mobility, strength using resistance bands and some functional exercises to help with movements in every day activities and finishes with some flexibility stretches.
This class will leave you feeling energised with increased mobility and flexibility. Over time you will become stronger and fitter and it may even help you to recover from an injury or medical condition. Below is an example of a class I teach for healthy generations.
Join me in this moderate intensity workout using basic aerobics choreography with some added coordination to challenge your brain, suitable for all fitness levels. Expect to get your heart rate up and breath a little harder than normal as you will be working your heart and lungs for a great cardio workout. Have fun and enjoy following the moves, with practice and consistency you will see your able to follow with ease.
