Each person is individual and one program does not fit all. We all have different health and fitness goals for different reasons that’s why I offer different programs for different needs. Along with personal training I also offer habit coaching and give you guidance with exercise outside of the training sessions.

Personal Training

With this program you will discover your capabilities and week by week improve your confidence with exercise. I will support you and give you all the help you need wether your goal is weight loss or fitness related.

I offer 1-2-1 personal and small group training, online or face to face. Based on your fitness testing results and agreed goals I will  create your bespoke training program.

1:2:1 £55 per session or £195 per month

Couples training £75 per session or £260 per month

Strength, Balance & Mobility

Do you need to improve your mobility and balance? Would you like to feel stronger so that you can carry out your daily activities and get up from sitting more easily?

With this training I will incorporate functional exercises that will help you with your daily activities and improve the quality of your life.

1:2:1 Personal Training per session  £55 or £195 per month

Couples Training  £70 per session or £255 per month

Training the Female Core

Do you suffer with back pain, have pore posture and alignment or need to improve your core strength?

With this program you will improve your overall core strength, improve your posture and with the right nutritional program reduce midsection weight gain.

1:2:1 Personal training 1 x 30 minute session £30 or 6 x 30 minute sessions £125

Circuits & Intervals

Would you like to improve your strength and stamina whilst burning fat? Circuit training is a body conditioning type training using strength and endurance exercises performed in intervals.

1:2:1 30 minutes £30

Padworks

Do you need to release some stress or improve your coordination?

Padworks is a fun workout that uses skills training and boxing techniques. Its great for stress management, building strength and fat burning.

Personal Training with nutrition & habit coaching

Do you struggle with yo-yo dieting, diabetes or obesity? Do you have a medical condition such as arthritis or high blood pressure?

With this program you will learn how to have a healthy and sustainable diet that will help you to manage your blood sugars and your weight. With habit coaching you will learn how to create new and healthy habits that will help you to achieve wellness.

1:2:1 £245 per month
