Along with personal training I also offer habit coaching and give you guidance with exercise outside of the training sessions.
With this program you will discover your capabilities and week by week improve your confidence with exercise. I will support you and give you all the help you need wether your goal is weight loss or fitness related.
I offer 1-2-1 personal and small group training, online or face to face. Based on your fitness testing results and agreed goals I will create your bespoke training program.
