I specialise in exercise for beginners, older adults, medical conditions and weight management, I have worked with these client groups for over five years. I teach specialised classes for medical conditions such as osteoporosis, lung conditions and strength & balance for older adults.

As a personal trainer I am very passionate about wanting to help support and empower you to improving the quality of your life and achieving your health and fitness goals, If needed I can support you with wellness coaching and create you an additional program to do at home or in the gym.

I love what I do and I find it so rewarding to see my clients achieving their goals, becoming fitter, healthier, stronger and more confidant and I am glad to be a part of that journey.

Personal training with Sarah

I offer 1:2:1 personal training sessions to suit individual needs. I operate in Islington parks and online. With this program you will discover your capabilities and week by week improve your confidence with exercise whilst increasing your fitness and strength. I will support you every step of the way and give you all the help you need wether your goal is weight loss or fitness related.

I offer 1-2-1 personal training and small group training, online or face to face. Based on your fitness testing results and agreed goals I will create your bespoke training program and support you with nutrition and habit coaching if needed.
